J.T. currently resides in Chapel Hill, NC along with his wife, Sarah. He started in the financial industry in 2014 shortly after graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a bachelor’s degree in economics. J.T. was team captain of the UNC men’s swim team and school record holder in the 200-yard freestyle.

J.T. is a licensed CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) and holds designations as an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) and Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA®). He began his career working with retirement plan sponsors and participants, where he developed a passion for helping others improve their retirement outlook through dedicated planning and education. This passion led him to broaden his role to include personal wealth management for individuals and families.

Josh resides in Chapel Hill, NC with his wife, Kelsey. He graduated from Coastal Carolina University with a bachelor’s degree in finance and a concentration in wealth management. While attending Coastal Carolina University, Josh was a member of the football team where he played quarterback.

Josh is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) and is also licensed in Life, Accident & Health, and Long-Term Care Insurance. He found his passion as an advisor when he realized the best advice is the advice that is actually implemented. For that reason, Josh enjoys simplifying the complex and believes knowing what advice to give is only half the battle, getting the client excited to implement that advice is where real value is added.
