Plan Sponsors and those assigned to serve as a trustee, administrator, and/or committee member, have a legal duty to meet their fiduciary obligations. This starts with the requirement to operate the plan in a manner that is exclusively in the best interest of the plan’s participants and beneficiaries. Through proper education and the implementation of best practices we help ensure their responsibilities are met.  

Investment Selection & Monitoring

Establishing, following, and documenting a prudent process for monitoring the investments is of the highest importance.  We prepare an Investment Policy Statement as well as a screened investment menu specifically suited to the objectives of your plan and the demographics of the participants. Quarterly due diligence reports are provided to document ongoing adherence to the criteria stated in the IPS.

Employee Engagement

We practice what we preach by acting as a fiduciary on all plans. Plan Sponsors who would prefer to fully offload the responsibility and liability related to the investment decisions may appoint us to serve as a 3(38) Investment Manager.  Those who wish to maintain final decision-making authority and comfortably with the shared liability may instead elect to have us take on a 3(21) Investment Advisory role.

Employee Engagement

Group meetings, 1-on-1 consultations, and targeting messaging make up the core of our offering, designed to equip all participants with the foundational knowledge necessary to properly plan for retirement.  All participants will also have access to speak directly with a licensed CFP professional to answer questions and/or assist with more in-depth retirement planning.
